It’s powered by one hard-working, far-and-wide wandering, rather quirky woman who loves nature, people, pets and her God most of all. It is both grand and comforting, elegant but informal, sophisticated yet unpretentious, embracing its age and its flaws — just like its owner. It’s meant to feel personal, like you’ve got a friend with a great old family home, and throwing your party there is a team effort.The goal is to preserve and constantly improve this Historic property, keeping it available for the enjoyment of many at prices which are inclusive rather than exclusive. This is an old-school Bed & Breakfast like you’d find in England, meaning it’s in a real home inhabited by people and pets, and it’s more comfy than luxurious. Rooms have separate entrance, off-street parking, queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, TV/DVD. Check in is generally between 4 and 6 and check out is by 10 am, although other arrangements can be made if necessary. They work by reservation only, so confirm availability to avoid disappointment.
