My wife and I could not be happier with the way our event turned out. The All Inclusive Team handled most of the details that go into planning a wedding, but it was their experience and personal guidance that really made the difference.
The venue itself was beautiful, and they made it more so with stylish and ingenious decor that accentuated the oceanside theme. Our flowers and cake were stunning, the DJ handled M.C. duties with aplomb while spinning some of our favorite tunes, and our photographer captured all of the best moments with a thoroughly professional yet fun approach to her work.
Let's not forget the food and the service. The appetizers, beverages, cuisine, event coordinators, waiters and bar service were all top notch. It's safe to say that our guests were pampered and treated like royalty.

We just got married at the Villa Rockledge in Laguna Beach CA. The best of our wedding day was obviously marrying my husband but the next best thing was working with Terilyn and her staff. Coordinating the entire wedding with her was exciting and was so easy! She worked with our budget and was sincere and passionate about what she does. Her staff was highly professional they were there for anything we needed and wore headsets to communicate. They made everything run smoothly and it allowed me and my husband to have the time to breathe and enjoy our wedding. 
Terilyn is phenomenal at creating the wedding exactly the way you always dreamed. She is honest, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and an amazing person. Before meeting her I ran into pushy and money hungry people that had dollar signs in their eyes, but with her it was more of I want to create a story in the first chapter of your lives. I actually have tears running down my face now while I am typing this review because she really made my dreams come true and I am so fortunate to have worked with her in creating the most memorable day of our lives.

My fiancé & I will be married on October 1st 2011 at Laguna Village thru An All Inclusive Event. I would consider myself to be a bit hard to please, I have high expectations & wanted to find the best place possible for my wedding. It's in two weeks & so far I have to say that I've never had such a great experience working with honest, friendly, & responsive people. What they say is what you get. Nothing is hidden & Terilynn keeps track of every detail & remembers exactly what I want. We are from Las Vegas so having our wedding out of state adds yet another layer of stress, but i must say, Terilynn & Robyn have assured me that everything will be perfect. Their relationship with their vendors is awesome too!!! Everyone of their preferred vendors has been great to work with. Just all together amazing people. Maybe its just me but I am always shocked when people come through & you get exactly what you expected. They have put me at ease & the reason I chose them in the first place is reading posts like this where other brides have gone on & on about how wonderful they are. If you call or email them they get right back to you. Just so accommodating & good people. If Terilyn & Robyn were t my WC's they'd be guests at ny wedding. Terilynn has also put up with me changing my mind (as I'm sure brides often do), all with a smile. I am so at ease knowing my wedding day is in their hands!!! Thank you Terilyn, Robyn & Michael. Everything went very smoothly for the ceremony and nothing went wrong.
The weather was beautiful-just perfect. Jennifer Schnur said the rehearsal was the most organized one she had ever attended.
I definitely appreciated your wonderful little storefront (There has got to be a better name or your office/ waiting area!) Richard actually mentioned that it was really great that you
secured that place. He definitely made nice comments to me about how smartly you had it decorated. How did you ever manage your weddings without it?? What a nice surprise to have the refreshments waiting for us after our limo ride. They were very welcome, and also the bathroom! Kathy Schnur was happy that you had the hairpins available to fix her dress. Nancy liked the fact that you, Michael, encouraged her to eat and drink before the ceremony to avoid dehydration. Actually, things worked out very well with the last minute switch of the ceremony from the lawn to the main area. You were right that the seating would have been too tight with the increase in the number of guests. Moreover, I am glad we decided on the nicer chairs and trashed the seat covers. I was very lucky that you were available when I called from the party rental store to make that switch!! Those chairs with the sashes looked quite elegant, so I was very happy about that. The covered cocktail tables were a surprise- didn't even think about that one "Damn they're good!!!" That was a quote from my daughter-in-law, Jennifer in reference to the way you handled the conversion from ceremony to dinner. She was really impressed with the speed of the furniture change! There were lots of nice compliments on the look of the tables. The centerpieces were lovely, Teri. You made them just right I For Nancy's beachy theme. And the colors we chose really worked. I am glad she decided to have the larger turquoise overlays. The whole view of it was so smart.
Declining the use of a covering on the platform for the ceremony was poor judgment on my part I can't believe I nickel and dimmed that one in the scheme of things(!) Oh well. The backlighting really made the place look wonderful after dark. Good job there. the food was delicious! I sampled everything, and it all was fine and very tasty. Alan loved the halibut, his favorite fish. It was really considerate of you to have the non dairy dish for Samantha. There -was plenty of food. Jen Schnur pointedly remarked on the size and quality of the strawberries and their lovely clothes! They, and I, do lots and
lots of dipped strawberries for Valentine's Day, and for her to make a positive comment about that is a good thing for you, they were delicious.
Thanks for thinking of us with the extra heater. People were very impressed when you
came around with the lap blankets. We told everyone it would be cool, if they were cold it was out of my hands. My sister was the only one who actually mentioned it to me.
So the big thing is that the two of provide a very professional event. You are very organized. You do pay attention to details-very important in my book. It was good to have reminders along the timeline. I liked it when you denied Nancy and I were "bridezillas!" So again, thank you for making Nancy's big day a very big success!!! GREAT JOB, guys!!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE is all I can say! My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary in the gazebo at Laguna Village and it was such a spectacular night! Michael and Terilyn were PHENOMENAL! The setting was absolutely gorgeous and we felt so special! They even draped our table in our wedding colors- pink and white and decorated the gazebo for us. What a classy company and what a way to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! It was magical and none of it was possible without Michael or Terilynn- they truly made our day EXTRA special. The stress is tremendous and the more organized the bride/groom and staff is the better and the staff was always helpful.
Of special note is Mike. He was privy to a lot of the special interests we had that made us all think outside the box and his expertise, compassion, and professionalism is worth noting. He has simply become a dear friend. We never thought of him otherwise.
He was always there with helpful suggestions, making extra effort seem like nothing, and was great at telling us what would work and not
work when we otherwise would not have known.
I remember one incident when I wanted wine at dinner and he totally changed my mind
because it conflicted with what we had told him we preferred as the ambiance we wanted to create. He was not the least intimidated with
the "mother of the bride" butting in but could effectively put me in my place when I contradicted myself. There are many more examples of
his joyfulness as well in making everyone feel comfortable.

The reason for this letter is to recognize the remarkable customer service experience I have had with Michael Leitao.
My husband and I recently got married at Laguna Village- on August 10, 2008. We live several hours away and to schedule a food tasting on the weekend was nearly impossible. Michael made an exception for us and we were thrilled! We first met Michael back in March of 2008 for our menu tasting. Much to our surprise, Michael was so wonderful and kind to us. He was very patient and made us feel extremely comfortable as we carefully tasted and selected our wedding menu. It is so rare these days to run into someone with Michael’s personality. It is filled with such warmth and sincerity. He spent a lot of time with us to insure that we were making the proper selections. That meant a lot to us since it was such an important event in our lives.
Michael is very committed to his approach of servicing customers with concerns and follows through on his word. It is very apparent that Michael does his job with exuberance! It is obvious that he loves his profession and does so with pride and integrity. Michael always maintained a professional, friendly, positive attitude as he addressed all of my needs before, during and after the wedding. The food was stellar and received many praises from our guests. The bride and groom meals were phenomenal as well!
Michael’s honesty, sincerity, and customer service is unmatched! Good people are so rare these days and it was very refreshing to encounter such a wonderful person. Being a business owner myself, I understand how difficult it is to find hard working people that really go the extra mile. In my mind, Michael has raised the bar of my normal expectation of how the service industry treats their customers.
